Cancellation Policy

1. More then 30 days Before the Depsrture of tour - 25 % of the total tour Cost.
2. 30 - 20 days before the departure of the tour - 50 % of the total tour cost.
3. 20 - 10 days before the departure of the tour - 75 % of the total tour cost.
4. 10 days or less before the departure for the tour or a "No Show" - 100 % of the total tour cost.
5. Hotel/Air 100% in case of non-refundable Flight Ticket / Hotel Room 
6. For Cancellations/Amendments made whilst on tour - 100 % of the total tour cost.
7. In some cases the cancellation charges may vary or may change & the same would be intimated separately on a case-to-case basis.
8. No shows and early departures ( non-refundable  ) 
9. Service charges are non-refundable
10. No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
11. Cancellation Charge for Air Tickets shall apply as per Airlines Cancellation Policy as the case is which will be over and above the above cancellation charges. Pre-purchased/group Air ticket is fully non-refundable.
12. Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Christmas and New Year Period between 22nd December and 3rd January) cancellation fee of 75% of the Tour Cost will be charged for all bookings cancelled within 45 to 30 days of Travel. Within 30 days, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.. 

AMENDMENT: -

Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
