1.       All rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. In case room type is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room in the hotel.

2.       Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned.

3.       In Case of non availability of room in chosen hotel then similar hotel category will be given to you.

4.       Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.

5.       Transportation as per Itinerary only .

6.       The Package does not include Guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost. Child below 05 yrs Complimentary.

7.       Meal Plan : EP- Accommodation only, CP – Accommodation with Breakfast, MAP – Accommodation with breakfast , lunch or Dinner, AP – Accommodation with breakfast , lunch & Dinner.

8.       My Trip Creator.com does not have any hidden charges except your lunch/ extra meal, and personal expenses. During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.

9.       Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.

10.   Any Natural calamities / Political issue / Road Blocked - My Trip Creator Team will not be liable for the same.

11.   No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.

12.   All buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.

13.   The Guest must carry Photo Identification like Passport / Driving License / Voter ID Card  in original at the point of check in at the hotel.

14.   My Trip Creator.com reserves the right to change / modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice .

15.   We do not offer any type of insurance to the customers and nor to their belongings

16.   Abusive Language /Violent Behavior of customer will not be tolerated and company will seize all the services immediately.

17.   Our Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to person (life body) or property , luggage etc. Of the tourist due to an accident, theft or other mishap / unforeseen reasons.

18.   Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary / stay of account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, road blocks and / or any factors beyond control.

19. Our Company will not be responsible for missing your flight / train / Bus due to road block, road Traffic or any factors beyond control. 

20.   Any Increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangement which may come into effect prior departure.

21. We are not responsible for leaving any sightseeing due to late arrival or closed of the sightseeing points.

22.   Snow Vehicle fare, if road is block due to snow on Direct basis. 

1. Cancellation charges of 30% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 60 to 30 days from the date of arrival.

2. Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.

3. Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.

4. Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within a week to the date of arrival.

5.    If booking in cancelled 60 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person 1500/- INR. Followed by cancellation policy

Note - Cancellation charges will calculate on total package cost.

6.  No shows and early departures ( non-refundable  ) 

7. Service charges are non-refundable.

8.No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
