18. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary / stay of account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, road blocks and / or any factors beyond control.
19. Our Company will not be responsible for missing your flight / train / Bus due to road block, road Traffic or any factors beyond control.
20. Any Increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangement which may come into effect prior departure.
21. We are not responsible for leaving any sightseeing due to late arrival or closed of the sightseeing points.
22. Snow Vehicle fare, if road is block due to snow on Direct basis.
Initial Deposit: 30 % (Advance) need to be deposit to process your booking.
On confirmation: 50% (advance) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation
Re-confirmation: 75% (2nd installment) should be deposited 15 – 10 days before trip start.
Travel Service Voucher: (Rest Due payment) on arrival at destination only in Domestic packages.
Full payment is required in advance for all bookings where the travel is within/close to 15 Days of booking.
For international package 100% Advance required 15 days before trip start.
1. Cancellation charges of 30% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 60 to 30 days from the date of arrival.
2. Cancellation charges of 50% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 30 to 15 days from the date of arrival.
3. Cancellation charges of 75% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled between 15 to 7 days from the date of arrival.
4. Cancellation charges of 100% for cancellation if a confirmed reservation is cancelled within a week to the date of arrival.
5. If booking in cancelled 60 days before then per person communication service charges applicable per person 1500/- INR. Followed by cancellation policy
Note - Cancellation charges will calculate on total package cost.
6. No shows and early departures ( non-refundable )
7. Service charges are non-refundable.
8.No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
9.Cancellation Charge for Air Tickets shall apply as per Airlines Cancellation Policy as the case is which will be over and above the above cancellation charges. Pre-purchased/group Air ticket is fully non-refundable.
10.Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Christmas and New Year Period between 22nd December and 3rd January) cancellation fee of 75% of the Tour Cost will be charged for all bookings cancelled within 45 to 30 days of Travel. Within 30 days, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
